Two Locations in New England

Providence, Rhode Island:

Our main facility is located in Providence, RI, in the Federal Hill area, in Suite 210 of the West Exchange Center. We have a private entrance from the main outdoor courtyard on Cedar Street. Our new facility occupies 3800 square feet and features an expanded biofeedback and mental fitness training center, containing 15 training stations with state of the art biofeedback and computerized mental fitness training equipment. Seven psychotherapy offices surround the central waiting space with exposed structural steel and wood beams overhead and a beautiful two-sided brick fireplace. The waiting room doubles as a multi-media presentation center to host our regular talks as well as occasional special workshops and presentations. A quality sound system will provide an eclectic range of music to enjoy while you wait.

The most convenient access to our office is from Cedar Street, through an entrance off of the courtyard in front of 55 Cedar street. The entrance to our suite is to your right as you face the main building entrance.

If you are using a mapping program or a GPS navigation system to locate our Providence facility, please enter the address as 55 Cedar Street, Providence. (Do not use our postal address, since that brings you to the wrong side f the building!)

Parking for visitors to the Center is directly next to the building, on the east side of the building. It is gated and marked for "Visitor Parking". This lot closes for new entries at 5:00, although you can exit after 5:00 if already parked there. After 5:00, parking is available along Cedar Street.

Cambridge, Massachusetts:

Beginning in March, 2010, we will also have a satellite center at 1 Bow Street, Suite 220, Cambridge, MA, in the heart of Harvard Square. This center will provide EEG biofeedback or neurofeedback and Cogmed Working Memory Training services only, and on Mondays and Fridays only at the present time.

Telephone communication and support services such as practical information, appointment scheduling, billing, and other office functions will be provided through the Providence office, which can be reached at 401 351-7779.

All neurofeedback patients being seen in our Cambridge facility will visit our Providence office on one occasion for a treatment planning conference with Dr. Hirshberg.

John Clarke, MD. and Janice Stubblefield-Tave will serve as the onsite providers in Cambridge, and will consult closely with Dr. Hirshberg in conducting each neurofeedback session.

The surrounding streets offer metered parking for 25 cents per 15 minutes for up to two hours. Most afternoons, people will be able to find a parking spot. Late afternoon and early evening, on street parking becomes scarcer. Parking is available at these two parking garages:
